SOLAR-BAT-4KWH-a is a Twin-battery system where contains two identical battery modules, each battery module is 14S1P, 51.1V 40Ah, support maximum continuous charge/discharge current of 15A/50A, as a result the SOLAR-BAT-4KWH-a is 51.1V 80Ah, with maximum continuous discharge capability of 100A.


The battery modules are inherently designed so that they can be connected in parallel to increase the output power and total capacity.


Twin-battery approached is selected in order to bring down the unit weight during transportation, instead of the battery system, the battery module will be sent

for UN 38.3 certification so that during transportation the whole?battery system will be broken down into 2 pcs battery modules, ?also each battery module is a?

self-completed battery where may later on used in other applications?who?need one module only or many modules connected in parallel.


The input of the battery system (also battery module) can be connected to standard CC/CV type lithium battery charger, and with the built-in special circuitry,?

lead acid type battery charger may also be used, in solar energy storage application, it can be directly connected to the output of a solar panel.


CAN Bus 2.0B interface is available on each battery module and CAN Bus concentrator is available in the battery system.

Note1:      Active mode: During charging, discharging or CAN Bus communication.

Note2:      Power down mode: Battery output (Discharge MOSFETs) are completely shutdown and communication is also disabled under this mode, 

                  all internal activities are ceased;  Battery enters power down normally due to deep UVP, under software instruction, or using the multi-function 

                  button;  Battery in this mode can only be waken up (back to active mode) by charging it or using the multi-function button.
